Terms of Service

Effective date: June 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Social Onboard website and the application process for our partnership services ("Services"). By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

"Social Onboard," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Social Onboard Inc., a service-based business that provides performance-based client acquisition partnerships to established service businesses.

2. Eligibility & Application

Our Services are intended for established service businesses, typically those generating $500K+ in annual revenue. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into a partnership. We review every application and reserve the right to accept or decline at our sole discretion.

3. Partnership & Revenue Share

Partnership terms — including scope, revenue-share percentages, reporting, term length, and termination — are set forth in a separate written agreement executed between Social Onboard and the partner business. These Terms do not by themselves create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

4. Use of the Website

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when applying.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
  • You will not submit malicious code, scrape the site at scale, or impersonate any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, the Social Onboard name and mark, and software — is owned by Social Onboard or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Information you share in the application process is treated as confidential. We will share it only with team members and service providers who need access to evaluate and respond to your application, or as required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Our performance-based model is designed to align incentives, but past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, fulfillment quality, sales follow-up, and market conditions. See our Disclaimer for more.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Onboard, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the site or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Social Onboard harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your application content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Links

The site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
